Located in the peaceful village of Crouttes, it is only a few kilometers from the world-famous cheese villages of Camembert and Livarot. The estate features two adjoining gîtes: La Maison du Fermier, accommodating 13 guests, and Le Pressoir, for 8 guests. In total, La Cour Mare offers 9 individually styled bedrooms and can host between 9 and 23 guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for family gatherings or group retreats. La Maison du Fermier boasts a spacious dining room, perfect for sharing unforgettable meals around a table that seats up to 23 guests. Both gîtes open onto a large, south-facing garden bordered by traditional hedgerows, where apple trees and rose bushes create a magical backdrop throughout the seasons. During the summer months (July 1 – August 31), guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the 3 x 5-meter swimming pool. Directly across from La Cour Mare stands the Saint-Michel Priory, a former dependency of Jumièges Abbey. Its 13th-century tithe barn is a classified Historic Monument, adding a touch of heritage to the surroundings.
